Who looks after the website if something breaks?
Our monthly subscription covers hosting, domain and support: Website RM59, Listing RM79, Full system RM89. It is optional: the domain and code are yours, so anyone you choose can look after the site.
Who owns the domain and the code?
You do. The domain is registered for your business and the website code is handed over to you. The exceptions are software we provide as a service and anything we host on our own servers: those stay with TerasCloud.
How long does it take?
We count working days of 6 hours. A company website takes 3 days and a booking or listing site with a dashboard 7 days. A full system depends on the scope. Days are counted from the day we have your text, photos and prices.
How do I pay?
The payment terms are written in your proposal before you agree to anything, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp while we build.
I am not good with technology. Will I manage?
Yes. Open one of our demos on your phone: if you can use WhatsApp, you can use it. We set everything up and show you how it works when we hand it over.
I already use Excel or a website builder. Do I have to change?
No. If it works, keep it. We can start by connecting to what you use now, and move only the parts that cost you time.
